The main goals and objectives of the organization are:

- Establishing social and gender justice irrespective of gender and social status through mediation and legal aid support

- Constituting and promoting popular participation to ensure a fair, free participatory and accountable electoral system.

- Adopting education program with a view to raise consciousness on human rights and women's rights at the grassroots level.

- Creating an environment conducive for the exercise of democratic rights.

- Supporting the struggle of women at grassroots level in order to ensure their effective participation on larger scale in the electoral process.

- Conducting training programs on human rights for the NGO workers, activists, and community members.

- Establishing a network of national and international organizations in the field of human rights and
